Appraiser Skills Training (AST)
The Revalidation Support Unit (RSU) offers an interactive Appraiser Skills Training (AST) module for appraisers in Wales.
This training provides new appraisers a practical introduction to the role and complements local training provided by their health board (HB) or independent designated body (IDB). Existing appraisers can also use it as a refresher.
The training includes links to additional resources and guidance to support appraisers in their role.
